The Kiwanis Leadership Society recognition program is a popular way to
recognize the accomplishments and service of family, friends, or fellow
Kiwanians.
Individuals donate US$100 to become active in the Kiwanis Leadership
Society because they understand this donation will assist the International
Foundation in supporting programs beyond the financial capability of clubs,
divisions, or districts.
Many Kiwanis clubs, divisions, and districts utilize the Kiwanis Leadership
Society recognition to honor charter members, out-going club presidents
or officers, lieutenant governors, governors, or other deserving individuals.
Donors have the personal satisfaction of knowing their unrestricted contributions
are supporting the grants made by the Kiwanis International Foundation
to serve young children throughout the Kiwanis world.
Contributions are tax-deductible in the United States under provisions
in the Internal Revenue Service Code 501(c)(3). Donations from a club may
be made from either its administrative or service account.
